Trying to Pander to the Black Vote at this point is a ploy - he should go back and look at Republican History since 1969!!!!! That is why we don't have jobs!!!!!! REPUBLICAN PRESIDENT RICHARD NIXON, set up the strategy to "export jobs to China" as a means to ensure that Union Jobs WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE for blacks people and women. IT was a Republican game to ensure that minorities and women would not have a pathway to a middle class life, and would not have an avenue to gain economic parity with Middle Class White Americans.
1940's and 1950's claimed Unions were the best thing ever, because it was predominantly white and various European Ethnic groups who made up the unions.
Soon as the Civil Right Bill passed, suddenly the Southern Democrats, who hated Union, became Republicans and pushed the "Bust Up Union's Agenda" and part of that Agenda included, "outsourcing Ore Processing, First and Foremost "Steel", because if they could weaken and bust the Steel Workers Union, then it would be easier to attack and bust up the other Unions.
They did not care that they would make China Wealthy in the process, the aim was to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, to ensure that Blacks would not gain economic parity with white men. They were and did sacrifice the poor whites, to achieve this objective, and they were willing to give away American's Industrial Dominance, if it means, ensuring that avenues for minorities would be diminished for the next 50+ Years.
Most American people can't think well enough to see the madness of the Former Confederate Minded, who took over the Republican Party, they never gave up the agenda to "hold back, push back and beat back blacks by any and every means> This is the same ideology that supported over 200 yrs of Slavery, and the same ideology that supported over 100 yrs of Segregation and the Same Ideology that continues to prevail in the devastation of American, all driven by the aim and intent to derail the economic advancement of black people.
People should learn and understand what the scope and expanse of what Racism Entails. It has never vanished from the American Landscape nor the Mentality of the Confederate Minded, who dominate the Republican Ranks. Be not delusion-ed, there are some Right Leaning Democrats who also aspire to many of the Edicts of Confederate Ideology.
Trump's has not become beyond his Jim Crow upbringing, to be universal when it comes to race in America. It just is not within him to be so, nor to tell the truth about how and why American gave up its industrial wealth, and chose commercial wealth building, as an option over manufacturing and production. He knew the white man could and would gain wealth, and it would pretty much shut out the blacks from being anything beyond a mass majority comprised of counter store clerks. The plan and process planned and already pandered to use the Poor whites as service technicians and vocational service class workers. All was necessary to do
is make "credit" available to the poor whites, and they'd think they had it made, when fact is, they became again, simply
"indentured servants whom are of the service class", they can work and borrow while they are able and young, and when they get old, they have nothing, because the plan was designed for them to ride debt through their working years, and become dependent on the poverty level of Social Security for their aged years. medicare was aimed for them, as a safety net in elder years. They are angry because now medicare is available to everyone, so they (Republicans) whine and cry about it not having enough money. It only has short falls because they did not design it to include regard for minorities, except- the law won't allow them to discriminate by race only, so they do it by "Under-funding"
((Republican Bobby Jindal, would not accept the Federal Monies, because he did not want it to benefit the minorities in the state, because he know this state has among the highest level of poor health, because of historical low wages and constructed segregationist framework still in place)). Only when
a Democrat, Edwards came to office, he made his first mission to accept the Federal Monies for Medicare/Medicaid and serve the people of this state.

None should be turned by the Republican system crafting a "duping speech" and telling Trump to deliver it. They already know, all they have to say to Trump is one word, "Money", and he will go which ever way that the wind blows....
