Trump's foundation bought a six foot high $20,000 painting of Trump, a football helmet with money donated to his foundation and donated money to state attorney general in charge of deciding whether or not to investigate Trump U. The Clinton Foundation works with nations to lower the cost of HIV/AIDS and diarrhea treatments, among other do-good things, and has a 4 out of 4 rating with Charity Navigator. Trump's Foundation can't be rated because it's private and no IRS records are available.

Your second link proves that the Clinton Foundation was investigated by Charity Navigator which then dropped it's investigation as baseless after seeing all their tax forms. And with all the finger pointing you can't name one favorite that came about through the State Department as a result of a donation made to the Clinton Foundation. Not one. That's why this fake scandal isn't going anywhere and Trump's foundation scandal is.
What it comes down to is that a crime family, with its money and power, can get almost anyone, group, etc. to go along with them, one way or the other.

One foundation is proven to be run illegally to the owners benefit.
One foundation is under attack by those hoping to convince the public there is an issue.
there's nothing at all even remotely close with these two foundations. also need to remember that one foundation is being run by political hacks who are entrusted to do right by the american people and the other is a foundation that's run by a private person who doesn't have to answer to the american people.
What it comes down to is that a crime family, with its money and power, can get almost anyone, group, etc. to go along with them, one way or the other.
The Clintons and their cronies shouldn't be in prison, they should be under the prison!
So, I'm thinking the Trump Foundation is just "small potatoes".
