It's Jobs.

It's not David Duke, It's not protesters getting punched, It's not what CNN/ABC/CBS/FOX/MSNBC/NYTimes/WaPo want you to believe, It's not tax returns, It's not any of this endless deranged nonsense.

It's the economy. If people can't put food on the table, nothing else matters.

Hillary Clinton has lost the middle class and working America, and with that, she has lost the election. This is just one example.

Their jobs are not coming back. They should either go to college or a trade school and learn a skill that's marketable in their local economy, or they should pack their bags and move elsewhere.

Life sucks, it presents challenges. Toughen up and adapt to those challenges instead of looking for someone to artificially turn back the clock to an "easier" time.

It's not about jobs coming back. It's about protecting the ones left. And the American worker who holds a job knows the Democrats have nothing for them. Your statements prove this.

This is why Hillary is going down like the Titanic.

So what should we do? Ban automation? Shall we ban technology? Should we go back to the 1800s? The age of masses of workers toiling in fields and factories is over. Everything today is technology based ... and it's only going to get worse. We're going to have to find a way to adapt to this. It's too late to turn back the clock.

How silly. I'm an electrical engineer who worked in product development for many years. Automation & technolog creates jobs, not destroys them.

You ask the wrong questions that don't address the issue at hand. American products are no longer built by automation like they were 30 years ago. They are built by cheap slave like labor in the 3rd world. This from unfair trade deals that put the American worker at a huge disadvantage. And American products can't compete in these places because they DO have trade barriers against our goods, services & products.

Of course I don't expect you to believe any of this. You are, after all, blaming the loss of jobs on nonsense. But what you believe and what I know is irrelevant to this conversation. It's what the workers think that matters and they will not be voting for Hillary Clinton (Obama 2.0)

Yes, they will be. Unfortunately, voters from Philly and its suburbs will easily match them and then some. Probably why Clinton has had a persistent lead in PA.

How's NC looking? Polls seem to favor Hillary.

No it's not because of "unfair trade deals", it's because unionized labor priced themselves out of a job with their endless demands and refusal to compromise with management trying to make a profit. Union workers want $29/hour plus benefits ... Mexican workers will work for $4/hour and no benefits. That's called unrestrained capitalism.

I love the how the thread title fails to mention that Hillary is leading in PA.

Nope. Wrong again.

Textile mills closed all over the South due to NAFTA. Millions of jobs gone. Yet 99% of these were non-Union. NAFTA=unfair trade deal.

Furthermore, Germany has some of the highest union wages on the planet. And their manufacturing economy exceeds the USA now even though they are a smaller country. Why? Trade barriers that protect their workers.

Your "theory" (excuse) is proved wrong again.

But as I said it doesn't matter what you think. It's what the American worker/middle class who still has a job thinks, and they won't be voting for Hillary.

They have the technology in other developed countries as well but they actually care about their citizens and dont tell people suffering from adverse trade deals that favor corporations to go pound salt.
