If the "event" you're referring to was this mornings (9/16) 'Obama was born in the US' presser at Trump's new hotel, Martin is not alone in blowing a gasket. CBS's Major Garrett is also very steamed about being called out for what amounted to a publicity tour of Trump's property. Garrett was fuming mad.
Its kind of hysterical, they are all mad, everyone on CNN is furious. I think they are just embarrassed to get used by him yet again, but they will come back for more. I don't think they will ever learn.

On this we agree. The media has helped to make Trump what he is today in this campaign and they cannot help themselves because ALL that matters is ratings.
