If Trump sues I hope he does it quick. The HRC campaign can use that coupled with all his suits against contractors to confirm a pattern of the big guy using lawsuits against smaller guys who cant afford lawyers and long term litigation.

Anyone who has taken any law courses remembers one fact though. The TRUTH is an absolute defense when it comes to libel and slander. If I make a comment about you, and it is TRUE, then there is no libel or slander. From what I have seen in her ads, every word is true, therefore no basis for a suit.

This ad has a lot of impact.

I hope they are running it in the swing states.

IMO, it's one of the best ads of the 2016 election.

Well I believe that if she's airing ads that are heavily edited to make it appear as he's saying things that he never said, there could be a case and that she has done.

They're his own comments. He has no grounds for slander/libel suits.

Can you post a link to an ad where Hillary has done that? I haven't seen any.

This is where it gets super ridiculous. There is video proof of every statement Donald Trump has ever uttered, right there for all to see. For anyone to deny those comments or put a spin on them is pure lunacy. Trump loves to run his mouth, and when he gets started, he has no off button. He loses complete control and just gets deeper and deeper into the hole he digs for himself.

If he laid awake nights over the little comments about that Miss America thing, can you even begin to imagine what he would be like if some foreign leader told him to take a hike ? He would be itching to start WW III.
