Would you vote for Nader? I wouldn't because I don't think he would have a chance to win.

John

News, WASHINGTON - Ralph Nader said Sunday he will run for president as a third-party candidate, criticizing the top White House contenders as too close to big business and pledging to repeat a bid that will "shift the power from the few to the many."

I don't vote, because I am a legal resident, not a citizen. My husband however has voted for Nader in the past, and will vote for him again. Given that we live in "blue states" the "spoiler" doesn't apply... but most likely he would vote for him in any case because he simply isn't happy with the democrats.

If it's between Obama and McCain in the general election, yep, I'll vote for Nader.

If Hilary is not nominated then Nader is the next best person. I would rather have an enviromental activist in office than Obama or Mccain.

I'm gonna go ahead and say no to Nader. The man has never held an office. He writes books and complains about McDonald's sponsoring shows for kids.

Nader is an old geezer with a big ego. IMO, he cost Gore the 2000 election. No thanks.

Yes! Damn right Nader threw it to Bush in 2000. Too bad I voted for Gore in California (where it wouldn't have made a difference, anyway). Yep, we also got 9-11 & Iraq because Gore lost, because of Nader. Gore could have precluded the whole Nader scenario by paying more than token interest to the Nader voters' interests. Gore went too far to the center, even though I did vote for him. Guess what? I'm voting for Nader in 2008, in Texas (where, alas, it again won't matter). Yep! I've pulled the pin out of the Democratic grenade, and it's ticking... I'm going down with the ship, and will do all I can to abandon the Democratic party, ensuring Republican victories forevermore, until such time as the Democrats embrace FDR's policies again. I voted Democrat in 1984, 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, & 2004, and got the same ol' tired stuff...no delivery on my policy concerns. Well, guess what? No more, Kimosabe! If I can't get my agenda in, you're not gonna get yours in either, so it's mutually assured destruction--and Republican victories--until youse all start listening to our concerns. Buyah! Recognize! God Bless our troops!

Nader is a piece of work and a fruit cake. I'd rather vote for Hillary Clinton.

Lightbulb Nader in 2008!

If you actually read what he has to say and listen to his speeches, there's nothing "fruit cake" about it. His stance on a variety of issues that two-party candidates won't touch is located on his site: Twelve Political Issues that Matter - Ralph Nader's Views on the Issues

I will be voting for Nader in 2008!

voting for Nader is what it has always has been, a wasted vote but go ahead and by the way he needs to get on the ballot in all 50 states. Nader should stick to what he knows best which is consumer protection.
