And? You don't think people who never see the inside of a courtroom benefit from a fair justice system?

Not in a way that will make them personalize defending someone they know to have brutally raped a 12 yr old.

The Bush family is basically in Hillary's corner.
All people have the legal right to representation. If we left it up to public defenders to decide whether they would or wouldn't take a case, many people would not have representation, which would be counter to their Constitutional right.

The Bush family were in bed with the Saudis long before Clinton ran for office. Were you complaining then?

It's not about how people "feel." It's about facts.

People are also forgetting about the mistress(es) of FDR, the womanizing of Kennedy, the coarseness of LBJ, and again, we all know Bill Clinton's story.

I can't wait to see what comes out about Obama after he leaves office.

Now we have a corrupt, lying, back stabbing, sexual assault enabling, Democratic political hack running for POTUS.

Yet they call Trump all these horrible names and accuse him of anything they can think of at the last minute, and ignore everything else.

Talk about Hypocrisy.

The Dems have put on one of the most horribly negative campaigns in US history, yet we are supposed to believe everything they say as the pure gospel truth?

Yeah Right.

This is gonna backfire on Hillary big time. It's already starting.

Especially as more emails come out and people get tired of the bogus accusations against Trump and start finding out for real what a snake in the grass Hillary really is.

Now we are finding out (through those Podesta emails) the the polls the dems have been crowing about are rigged.

All this Trump stuff is a diversion from the Hillary camp to keep people from really finding out what's going on with Her, Bill, and the Clinton foundations shady dealings.

The next few weeks will be very damaging for Hillary, and Trump will win in a landslide.
You live in an alternative reality. The election is already over: Trump is toast. The vast majority of Americans can't stand him. Even his own party doesn't want him. And the leaders of advanced democracies all over the world can't stand him. But I guess, in alternative-world, facts simply don't matter. That's how cult followers think.

Also? It's Trump himself who's making the "diversions" the center of his campaign. What else does he have? Answer: nothing. No understanding of how government works. No experience in government. No actual policy to offer. Terrible history as a businessman. The only thing left is for him to turn is campaign into a side show, although I must admit that he's doing a very fine job of that.

Obama, a lawyer, condemned incidents that are alleged. There were no criminal charges even at the time of the incidents. No lawsuits. Not even tv gossip. Where were these women during the republican primaries? Why didn't they file criminal charges? The fact is the Mrs. Obama is an attorney who appointed herself judge and jury. (Makes me wonder how she got through law school).

You are arguing rights and law - I'm talking about how people feel...and in politics that matters a lot. One could've defended Hitler and ran for president of Israel, but the defending Hitler thing probably won't go over well.

No, you are talking about the subset of people who think like you do.

Fortunately, there are many other people in this country who don't, and who understand that as repugnant as a rapist might be, they are still entitled to a defense under our laws and our Constitution. And they also understand that as an officer of the court, an attorney may be appointed by the court to defend someone they personally find repugnant and it doesn't make them into that person.

And your analogy is 100% false. John Adams defended the British soldiers after the Boston Massacre - at the time, that would have been equivalent of defending those who flew the planes into the World Trade Center if they had survived in terms of how much they were hated and reviled by the people of Massachusetts. Not because he agreed with them in any way, but because he cherished the law and their right to a fair trial. And it didn't prevent him from becoming our nation's first Vice President and second President.

its a CRIME to tamper with evidence, and per the victims lawyer, it was Clinton who had possession at the time when it was removed.
