Hillary threatened 38,000 coal industry jobs in PA, spat on working class workers, and those living in the inner cities started to realize that Democrats were doing nothing for them.

This is why she lost.

With a nine (9) point lead in the Keystone state, I doubt that the fact that some 100,000 Democrats switching over to the Republican party, while no doubt gratifying, will make much of a difference.

Wrong.

Not if you don't get your base out.

Pennsylvania was built on coal, steel, railroads, logging and shipping. None of them are viable anymore or big enough to support the whole state. Their demise began at least 50 years ago. Coal has its own problems. Pennsylvania was the home to the jewel of coal; the anthracite. It was discovered in PA and few places had it. It was used as residential fuel. There are many homes that still use it for heating. How Trump wants to bring them back is interesting but at least it is on his mind. It really bothered me when people said these jobs aren't coming back.
