From The Hill -

Hillary Clinton's campaign is reportedly set to compare the recent hack of her campaign chairman's emails to the Watergate scandal that brought down Richard Nixon.

“What did Trump know, and when did he know it?” the campaign asks in an essay that it will post on Medium, Politico reported Saturday.

I don't know how seriously anyone will take this nonsense, but I bet a lot of Democrats will. The Hillary campaign is obviously trying to co-opt the right wing's argument that her criminal behavior handling her emails with it's subsequent cover up is worse than Watergate by turning common-sense on it's head and throwing it back at Trump.

A lot of you will bite because blaming Hillary for her crimes means you'd be voting a crook into office. We can't have that now, right libs?

Gosh, if Nixon were running or even alive..........

Does the Clinton campaign not get "Apples and Oranges"? Obviously not.

In the case of Clinton, the nation has been forewarned of her incompetency and corruption. We have a choice not to make a mistake by electing her. It seems so simple, and we are very fortunate to have been forewarned, but sadly, this included losing the lives of American citizens and compromising our national security is unspeakable.

They really are not that bright are they? Bringing up Watergate and accusing Trump of hacking an illegal server that Clinton should not have been using after they have tried for months to say that nobody hacked is not going to help them. I hope they are stupid enough to do it, then people will go looking for the Wikileaks info, they will go looking for what was found and why Trump is being blamed.

Hmm, the original link to The Hill no longer works.

Here's the Politico link - read the original story quick before the Hillary campaign puts pressure on Politico

and you're not that bright - the Clinton server is not the same as where the DNC and Podesta emails were hacked from

I think Trump is behind those Russian hacks.

He always takes Putins side and backs Russia, no matter what the subject is.

He has publicly asked Russia to hack (I think this was a slip up because he's too dumb to keep his mouth shut when he gets upset).

When the Russian hacking was brought up, Trump disagreed and suggested that perhaps it's a 400 lb person sitting on their bed. Trump chose to disregard the US Intelligence that points to Russia.

Trump's former campaign chairperson, Paul Manafort, has direct ties to Russia and Putin.

There are reports that Trump has large loans with Russian banks and that he's trying to get business deals in Russia.

Trump's daughter went on vacation to Europe this summer with Wendi Dang, Putin's current girlfriend.

Every time something negative comes out about Trump, there is a direct dump of new Wikileaks.

All the Wikileaks are against Clinton and the national Democratic Party. Nothing is against Trump or the Republicans. Nothing is against Democratic Congress or Governors (unless it's related to Clinton campaign). The Russian hackers are only going after the presidential election in an attempt to sway the election toward Trump - rigging the election toward Trump.

I think US Intelligence will eventually prove who did the hacking and they will also find direct ties to the Trump campaign. This will take a bit of time, but they will prove that Trump was involved. It's Watergate 2016 style - over the world wide web. Too many signs pointing to Trump.
