BOB WOODWARD, THE WASHINGTON POST: I -- yes, it's a -- it’s corrupt. It's -- it’s a scandal. And she didn't answer your question at all. And she turned to embrace the good work that the Clinton Foundation has done. And she has a case there. But the mixing of speech fees, the Clinton Foundation, and actions by the State Department, which she ran, are all intertwined and it's corrupt. You know, I mean, you can't just say it's unsavory. But there's no formal investigation going on now, and there are outs that they have.
So we are once again going to put a corrupt politician in the WH and expect change
Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward have been journalism heroes for almost half a century, venerated for their key role in taking down a Republican president.
Until this election, when the media suddenly made them persona non grata because they told the truth about Hillary Clinton and said very plainly that she's spectacularly corrupt.
Then all of a sudden Woodward and Bernstein aren't worth paying attention to, and they're just partisan hacks who are closet Trump supporters. Gotta love how the press covers for Hillary.
Anyway, Bernstein is right. If anyone thinks the FBI wanted to do this, they're out of their minds.
This must be a horrible situation to find yourself in -- if Comey and the FBI didn't say anything and withheld the information, they would have had to disclose it immediately after the election, and people would understandably go ballistic because we have a right to know if one of our presidential candidates is under federal investigation (AGAIN) for mishandling classified documents and lying about it.
What exactly is the supposed means by which HRC gained a personal benefit from donations to the Clinton Foundation?
