Bush did the same thing, why did he not get any of this criticism and attacks? Colin Powell had a private email server too. Where was the outrage back then?
What emails did Bush delete after being issued a subpoena? Of course you know what you said is an outright lie.
So, when the dems demanded a Special Prosecutor, DOJ, and got one on Oct 30th when H. Bush was running against Bill Clinton iT was OK.
NOW the tide has turned, and of course the dems cry foul.
I think if you look up the word "hypocrite" in the dictionary, you will see the dem party loyalists.
The Dems did not get a special prosecutor...the Independent Counsel was appointed by a panel of Judges and then reappointed by the DofJ. And he was a well known Republican operative.

Clinton had no duty to turn over any personal emails and there was no court order preventing her from deleting them. She had every right to delete them. The beachbit stuff was not done by Hilary or her staff. It appears it was an action by an outside employee to cover his failure to follow an earlier instruction.
I would also point out that it is reasonably clear that Clinton was not technically proficient and would not have the understanding of what it takes to really delete a file.
