In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of email that appear to be pertinent” to Clinton’s investigation, Comey wrote to the chairs of several relevant congressional committees, adding that he was briefed about the messages on Thursday. “I agree that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.”

Playing 2 sides of the coin here, yes?

So please, provide your source/the information you have to state such a thing. I didn't know we have inside fbi people posting here though I would say you should probably keep it quiet finster as you can get in trouble for knowing/disclosing such things in knowing for certain this is all "baseless".
Exactly why the FBI director should not have editorialized back in July. On the other hand, I blame Lynch. As the cabinet chief it is her job to make the decision. She should have. Cops should not be exposed to the politics that are outside of their job description whether it is in these shootings, demonstrations, or this investigation.

The past has been running after Hilary as fast as its little legs can go.

There comes a point where you've either got something or you don't.

As far as I'm concerned, they don't.

Go online and download the letter by James Comey. It's an official re-opening of the email investigation probe. This is not water cooler talk, it is official FBI business credible enough that a Director reviewed the info and deemed it serious enough to re-open the case.

Yeah it is my understanding that some information came to light regarding Clinton servers while they were investigating Anthony Weiner. Comey is only saying their is information that needs to be researched. I would not be buying new handcuffs just yet.

Are you a US citizen? Have you not read the US Constitution? Comey, as head of the FBI, is in the executive branch. Do YOU know who runs the executive branch in the US?

HINT: It's not Congress,
