This was not Limbaugh's theory, he discussed it saying that a "cynic" might make that case but it wasn't Limbaugh's opinion. I think, he, like most of us, thought there was still some honesty and decency in the federal government. There isn't.

Trump and his Deplorable Klan had her locked up for life a week ago.
That's fair.

But wasn't this election supposed to be in the bag for HRC already? Even with Comey's announcement, HRC still looks corrupt as hell. This announcement doesn't give her the momentum going into Election Day. And, if wikileaks comes through tomorrow as they should, she won't have the momentum on ED either.

HRC still has 4 active investigations against her.

Actually I don't think she does. At the his point, she looks like she came out of an extremely dire circumstance with grace and dignity. Which speaks to her temperament. It looks like she's been telling it straight all along. If they can't find something out of 650,000 emails that HRC's people didn't know existed and thus hadn't been able to tamper with, then they aren't finding anything because there really isn't anything.

I don't know. Even when she was first "cleared," she still had terrible untrustworthy ratings (so did Trump, although I think he recently has been seen as being slightly more trustworthy than she has . . . we'll see if this changes that, though). She has too much history. And even if they ultimately don't find criminal wrongdoing, she's already admitted she was wrong to do what she did, and she's been caught in several lies on the matter already (changing up that no classified info sent on server to she never sent or received classified info to she only used one device for email, etc.).

Frankly, that's what it seems like. I don't know what the protocol is other than the lame not commenting on investigations 60 day before an election--aka, hiding crap--but it seems like the announcement about this investigation was premature. Obviously something was found in those emails before a full investigation was done as a warrant was granted which requires probable cause. I hope the decision to not charge her with anything was done in good faith, but something about the whole thing doesn't sound right, and I'll stick with this instinct.

Now wouldn't it be "Hillaryous" if the queen of sleaze and corruption won and her first official act as POTUS would be to assemble a team of lawyers to help her fight impeachment.

Rush was right!

But luckily most people didn't close their eyes and ears and followed the Wikileaks email chains.

It doesn't sound nor smell good at all.

After the murder suicide of a FBI agent and his family that is mentioned as the wistleblower it all seems.to be a huge red flag. The murder suicide occured yesterday and today Comey out to say...nothing new, all duplicate emails.

Makes me still wonder where the 33,000 missing emails are.

What will Wikileaks report tomorrow?
Stop it. What does it take for you and others to understand WikiLeaks and Comey don't matter. Hillary's trustworthy/honesty ratings are as low as they'll go. More emails won't change anything.
