He did - by about a million or so - not all votes counted, yet. Right now the count is ++200,000 Hillary.

EOs to preclude additional mandates being enforced, plus it will cease on its own inside 12-24 months, as all major insurers will have left.

This is wishful thinking but I hope he starts reaching out to some members of congress and try to find something that will work before he even takes office. That way he can hit the floor running. It would be awesome if he gets something together and in place so the transition from Obamacare into the new is easy and there are no issues for those who do need it.
OR
Get with insurance companies and dr's who do or have worked with Obamacare see what is working or is not working, take that information to congress to have them help fix.

Either way something needs to be done and carefully executed so people don't get screwed.

Are you still out here spreading nonsense after being SO wrong about this election??

While what you write is true, do note that the same is true for HRC! Most Americans didn't want her either.

Hell, didn't Bill Clinton win two terms by plurality in 1992 and 1996?

What does it matter? This Republic that we live in does not elect a president through popular vote. You can complain until you are blue in the face. It never has elected a president that way and most likely it never will. Too bad. That's the way it is. Get over it.
If you don't understand this by now, go back to school and take a civics class.

Yep, but Dems only care about that stuff if they are on the short end of the stick.
