I voted this morning before work. There was no line (okay, maybe 3 people after me). I was pleasantly surprised.

Voted this morning (for Clinton). Working night shift is great in that there are no lines after work, compared to day shifters who have to try get it in on a lunch break or between 5-7pm.

Aren't you glad you don't live in Australia where voting is mandatory or you have to pay a $20 penalty?

As for us, we voted by mail before our trip to Tennessee a couple of weeks ago. Got to say I do like that absentee ballot option.

Wow. Is that true? I can't imagine being fined for NOT voting.

I was all prepared for long lines, but when I got there, I walked right in voted and left. It was great.

While I'm not a fan of either candidate for POTUS there's too many state and local positions open to not vote.

Could have early voted by mail, but me and my husband decided to deliver them in person (60 miles round trip to the courthouse) a couple of weeks ago. Someone sent me a check last year from Tennessee, and it took five months to get delivered to my house. Wasn't taking any chances.

Oh my goodness. $20 would Surely corrupt my my convictions. I guess I'll just have to show Up and draw giant middle finger in the write in section.

I voted. The polling place was not too crowded. I already heard reports of rampant voter fraud. A woman was on the radio saying that the lady in front of her was not registered and barely spoke English so they let her just pick a name out of the book. People threaten to sue poll workers and charge them criminally if they don't let a person vote. That's what happens when you don't have voter ID laws.

I just got back from voting.
I originally didn't post who I voted for but then edited when I saw a post 2 down from mine post who they voted for.
