Hate to say it, but if Trump wins he earned it. He campaigned from the gutter up which is filled with people who felt like they never were heard, while Hillary campaigned from the penthouse down which is filled with people believing they are in a comfort zone sipping champagne. He targeted the unseen and unheard which is why the polls and experts were so far off. No one saw these people - they just came out of the woodwork on election day.

Trump won by demonizing immigrants, minorities, his own wife was an illegal immigrant. He ran a campaign of hate and a lot of people liked it.

Yep liberals and even the RINO'S said years ago they didn't need the white male vote anymore, maybe they were a little wrong?

Don't ever trust what you hear on mainstream TV, particularly on CNN.

Nobody cares when celebrities tell us how to think.

Wrong. Illegal immigration is illegal. Now we are going to actually start enforcing the law that has been ignored for so many years.

Honestly floored, but this is backlash.

I thought a minority were as unhappy as I was with the last 8 years.

But lots of people obviously were.

With all the power, Republican better actually fix sh** and not get crazy with stupid social issues.

Economy! Healthcare! Immigration!

Fix!

1) People are sick and tired of being called racist. It is NOT racist to want your borders enforced. It is NOT racist to not want poverty constantly imported. It is NOT racist to not want constant new competition for unskilled jobs. It is NOT racist to worry about Islamic terrorism.

2) The "Demographic tide" is not going to change anything. It has largely busted since the demographic explosion in Latin Amrica is done. White people will increasing vote Republican, and Republicans are going to get more minorites. Trump's message about "see you in four years" was brutally effective.

3) The media is in the tank for Democrats and are largely no longer relevant. They can overpoll all they want, the internet has equalized things.

4) Hillary's sins just too many. Nuff said. She was always terrible candidate.

5) The Dems are out of touch.

6) Politics in the country are fundamentally re-aligning.

7) Obama and his policies are not nearly as popular as the politicos have tried to say.

8) The system is rigged, but that rigging is snapping.

9) Disafffected youths have returned to not voting.

10) You can't win a campaign without showing up. Hillary's health prevented her from actually running for this thing, and the people saw that.

Lots of other lessons. But that is off the top of my head.

Actually you can look in the mirror as part of the reason Trump won....people are just sick and tired of those that throw the race card around at will to anyone that they disagree with politically.

At least attempt to have a discussion on the issues but no that just isn't possible today.

With the President, the House and the Senate all being Republican majority, the U.S. might see real improvement or we will all be really screwed!!!
