Yes, many of the anti-nationalists bigots that argue that and similar other points, are at the least, out of touch.

If a job can't get filled then that means the job has to pay more or have some sort of perk or something to attract someone to the job. That's how it works. I would pick vegetables as a second job for like 12 hours a week just for the exercise... but I'm not doing it for 3 bucks an hour lol.

Companies in the US are getting around that by hiring illegals.

What you described is what we've had to deal with during Obama's two terms.

And when he cuts unemployment benefits, again, don't look at me. I had nothing to do with this storm of filth that's coming.
I already went through a long recession. It was called the Obama era. People gave up looking for work during his presidency and they falsely counted that as improvement in the number of unemployed people.

DOW and S&P both up. Yes, if you were stupid enough to get scared by the pundits about DOW futures (markets always hate uncertainty and had priced a Clinton win = uncertainty), they were in panic. If you were smart enough to know the pundits are putting on a dog and pony show and realize this is just how markets always react to uncertainty, you realized the panic was what it was. By opening bell the "panic" was long gone. The bleating sheep had exhausted themselves by opening bell. The people speculating on an 800 point drop and shorting lost the bet.

I'm disappointed it didn't last longer as I don't do futures and was hoping for a good buying opportunity. Unfortunately, I was late to the sheep fleecing party.

Obama caused the recession which started in October 2008, before he was elected. Such terrible leadership on his part, obviously.
