Unlikely, he's in fairly good health despite his crappy diet. I don't know of many 70 year olds with the sheer ENERGY of this man, he did 3-4 rallies a DAY!?? Christ And of course, Pence is young and looks healthy as an ox, i think they got it covered should anything happen to Trump.
Hillary is more likely to croak before Trump to be honest, she don't look too good. The 9/11 fainting incident is probably just the tip of the iceberg, who knows what unknown health issues she may be dealing with off-camera.
I've had those same thoughts about Trump. I am his age, and heart attacks and stroke are always a possibility. Like some people, I am not nuts about Pence, but I would prefer him over Trump. At least he seems stable and sane.

Don't lose any sleep over it Don .. Reagan was 69-70 when he took office. Actually, I think compared to the liberals that post on this forum, Trump & Pence are both very sane. Have another Krispy Kreme ... everything will be O.K.
This thread reminds me that in September we had some threads speaking of how a professor had correctly picked the winner of the presidential election for some 30 years, based on 13 questions he developed, and how he picked Mr. Trump (thus extending his streak). Here is a link to that story:
Now, oddly enough, the Washington Post noted that during said interview with the good professor, he made another prediction: that Mr. Trump will be impeached.
The professor admitted that his impeachment prediction was based purely on his 'gut feeling'. But he did note that many Republicans seem to prefer a known factor such as Mr. Pence.
It is an interesting thought. Of course, I am against impeachment proceedings based on alleged crimes committed prior to the President taking office. I would hope that Mr. Trump, upon taking office, will run an honest Administration (although some of the people he is surrounding himself with are questionable in their ethics and/or morals).
Of course, I live in a land of reason in my viewpoint that impeachment should be limited to activities done while in the performance of Presidential job duties. Many Republicans may not hold that viewpoint, and will jump at some uncovered 'offense', clearly committed prior to January 20, 2017, as a basis for impeachment: if they truly want Mr. Pence in office.
We shall see.
Of course, I have predicted previously that Mr. Trump, should he win (which I thought a remote possibility, although I always thought he had a chance) would resign his office after two years, claiming that he had done what he had set out to do, and leaving the field open for Mr. Pence to not only serve out the remaining time as president, but enjoy the advantage of being an 'incumbent' president in 2020.
