The more they scream racist now the better trump will look when he turns into a good/possibly great president.

Only to the conservative white men...I'm sure some women too. But he will never be a great president aligning himself with the very "swamp" he wanted to get rid of and campaigned against. And you do know what the alt right is? You can't seriously advocate this for our country. Sorry, millions don't because they know the repercussions.

Yes.

I had a buddy who was on a business trip in Grand Rapids Michigan and he was coming out of the building with a group of all white men when a bunch of the Alt-Left types showed up. Some of these Alt-Left types even literally had "Love Trumps Hate" signs while they screamed, yelled, and some even made bigoted comments about white men. The irony is half of them voted for Hillary.

The Alt-Left wants a Banana Republic. Silenced free speech for some, open borders, laws are for the little people or political opposition, etc...

Still haven't had a Liberal actually want to love Trump to defeat his (perceived) hate. So basically they remain unrepentant big fat hypocrite liars.

Love Trumps hate is one of their niftiest slogans, right up there with They go low, we go high.

I'm concerned if there's much room for Love in politics. I think a Carpenter once discussed this with us.

I know one thing for a fact, Donald J. Trump is NOT the original sinner.

Virrually everything we've heard from leftists for some time now(especially after the hidden mic Trump bus tape) has been very lowbrow and unintelligent. Right now they are the greatest salespeople for the right wing, because who wants to be rationally bankrupt like those left wing loons?

Right now I feel the best possible strategy to stop the bleeding for the left is to just say "Lets wait a year and see what happens before we comment further" and then SHUT UP. Everytime they open their mouths lately they get one of two results:

1. Drive more people away from them with their stupidity.
2. Make their base even more nonthinking and rabid and repulsive to anyone with a brain. Which ends up hastening result#1.

Of course, all the liberal networks would have nothing to say if they did this, oh wait...they really DO have NOTHING to say anyway.

Remember that thing trump kept saying about 'they started it' to defend his unreasonable actions towards anyone who crossed him? At some point, people will give up trying to love someone who makes it so incredibly clear that he hates them. So, yeah, 'he started it'.

You can't love a hater. This is a contradiction of the highest caliber.

Obviously Liberals haven't thought through their message (or anything else) which is why Republicans control the House of Congress, Senate, President, Supreme Court (soon), and the overwhelming majority of state Governors and state Legislatures.

When you get down to it, most of the Liberal agenda is based on slogans 60's hippies had and taught the young and the young minds haven't thought them through or challenged them...but they will.

I've given a lot of thought to why things turned out, now that Trump has won, and I think one of the major factors for his upset win is that America is more like him than we want to admit. It probably isn't just one factor, it is a combination of things.

Deep down, I think most Americans have some degree of love, but only for their own kind. If we hear of a bombing in France, we are really only concerned if some Americans were hurt in that event. Otherwise, it is simply some nameless, faceless people "from over there".

Same here, on our soil. Americans SAY they are not prejudiced, but, when we get among our own kind, those feelings start to come to the surface. (BTW, I am not excluding myself from those failings) When we see people rioting because some black man was killed, we secretly think " there they go again !", but when white people "protest" after Trump was elected, that is simply people voicing their opinions.

Trump simply tapped into who we really are, and, although he came across as crass, ill spoken, and hateful, he was saying the words a lot of people wanted someone to say. Even though I have said repeatedly that I hate everything about Donald Trump, I have to admit that PARTS of his stance make sense. For example, we do need to get tougher on ISIS, and we do need to support our police more than we currently do.

I still do not like him, nor will I support him in totality, but I am simply saying I kind of understand how he got so many people to think he was the solution to some of our ills.

I already knew that and it's sad to me to see a visual reminder of that. It's one thing to be sad more about our own country suffering because that's kinda understandable but it's another thing entirely to have a hand in that suffering..to say awful things about innocent people or even to elect a man who does say those things. The key thing here is "our own kind" doesn't even just end at the country. If you have a different financial status color of skin or different kind of brain you don't belong. You would think every American matters to Americans but only the ones who are like them.
