Don't be so gullible: no one is going to get violent either way.

All of the state laws with penalties are unenforceable. Probably unconstitutional because it is questionable if the state can control an elector when the constitution is asking the elector to perform an independent federal duty. The penalties have never been tested in court. This year may bring that issue to a head.

You've also said that deporting illegals is unenforceable.

If preliminary investigations find that Russia influenced the election in a profound way, it could potentially be a game changer in how electors vote particularly if there was some kind of hacking going on.

I don't think so. It's enforceable, just not practical.

But so far, from the results of the recount there is absolutely no indication Russia influenced anything.

I agree. But I don't take anything for granted and it's never over until it's over. Obama and Clinton both made a big deal after the election about conceding that Trump has won, peaceful transition of power, people have spoken, give him a chance to succeed etc etc.

And then we heard endless stories about Clinton and the popular vote. And then we heard stories about death threats to electors. And then we heard a story about the TX elector who will not be voting for Trump. And then Clinton crawled out from under her rock to give a speech about the hacking. And then Obama ordered a complete review of the hacking. And then the CIA quickly declared that Russia had hacked. And then the media has jumped all over it.

Where's that all going? I don't know. And I don't like I don't knows.

Didn't you also tell us that Hillary would win the election?

If I had to bet....I would bet we hit 5-6. It's what? 37 to make a difference? Not happening.
