Considering how conservative the current Republicans has become, I would suggest going with the tried and true, and nominate John McCain for President and Sarah Palin for Vice President. It almost worked the last time.
I voted for Chrisie because we need new blood. Most of the others are either old hat or not ready, Jindal for one and Rubio for another. I don't know much about Paul Ryan.
- Luis Fortuno; Governor of Puerto Rico and yes, he is a registered Republican who is taking on the culture of corruption, poverty, crime, and generational dependence on the government in the US Caribbean territory.
of the ones you have listed there, i choose mitt romney because he has the most experience, both as a governor and in private industry, so he knows how to create jobs. bobby jindal would be a great choice, but he still needs so experience, which he is getting. palin wold also be a decent choice, but again she needs seasoning. perhaps if she spent time in congress as a senator.
but you left off one excellent choice, and that is mike huckabee. he is a solid conservative who also knows how to create jobs. my ideal republican ticket for 2012 would be a romney/huckabee ticket, and i wouldnt care which one ran at the top of the ticket, because if they did a good job in office, there would be a republican in the white house for 12 years at least.

I love Huck in many ways but he did some damage in AR plus as mentioned, his religious connection would hurt. It souldn't make a difference but it will.\
