There is a very strong possibility that Senator McCain could pick one of Bush's top Republican aides - Condi Rice as his running mate. Also, Senator Clinton within the past two days alluded to a Clinton/Obama ticket.

How would you vote if given these two options?

I'd vote for Clinton/Obama because I like Clinton.

I don't like Condi Rice much at all.

I wouldn't vote. I'm not interested in any ticket other than Obama/? I also don't think Obama would put Clinton on his ticket. She's not good enough.

Says who? She said she won't consider the job, and putting anyone that was so high ranking in Bush's cabinet would be suicide.

I'll vote for Clinton and/or Obama over McCain.

I don't know how smart it would be for McCain to have a senior Bush staffer as his running mate. His single biggest challenge will be overcoming voters fears that his presidency will be a continuation of the Bush Whitehouse.

Then again, having a black female on the ticket would give him some street cred with voter demographics that would otherwise ignore him. But I really hate to think race/gender would be a determining factor in who he picks.

Condi Rice has specifically stated that she wants to go back to Stanford( where I think she can regroup and spend the rest of her life atoning for the misery she's inflicted on the world by ever becoming part of the Bush Administration.)

What a wasted talent.

Clinton/Obama if everything is settled fairly and the people decide. I think Obama/Clinton is more realistic at this point, however.

Where is this rumor coming from? Does it have any basis? I think McCain would be crazy to get someone Bush affiliated as his VP. It makes no political sense whatsoever.

Wouldn't it be the other way around, if it was fair? Obama/Clinton?
