Anyway, the whole point wasn't about how Cubans vote. The point was about this particular district (which happens to have a large Cuban population) has trended heavily Democratic in recent years, was won by Clinton by 20 points and will now be an open seat as a long term Republican incumbent is retiring.
Okay then. So maybe what the issue is that you believe non-Cubans are moving into previously Cuban areas, and so that's making those areas less right wing.
