VA squeaked a win for HRC if I remember correctly.

VA only went for Hildabeast due to corrupt Govt Terry pardoning all those felons to allow them to vote, not for that, she would of lost that state like she did so many, many others...........I'm talking many.

People watched the GOP try all year to take healthcare away from millions of people. They watched as the GOP worked to gut the ACA with absolutely nothing to put in its place. They saw their callous disregard for all suffering they would be causing, because the only thing they cared about was a political win.

Try to take health INSURANCE away, not healthcare...the terms aren't synonymous.
If someone in a blue state who lives way out in the boonies now has insurance because of their state's Medicaid expansion, they don't have any money, and there aren't any providers that will take Medicaid, they likely aren't going to get any treatment, except in an emergency room.

I lived without health insurance for a decade before the ACA. Trust me, the terms are synonymous. I didn't see a doctor once in that time because I couldn't afford to see a doctor. Without insurance, people simply do not seek out medical services until/unless they end up in the emergency room. Taking away people's health insurance is tantamount to taking away their healthcare.
There is no "hate and ignorance" among Republicans. We are the answer to America's problems that were created by liberalism, which is Marxist-socialism coupled with this thing you call, "inclusiveness," and "diversity." Both lies.
