Hillary was talking about lower class Trump supporters. She was in a donor event, similar to Romney when he quoted the 46%. Trump demeans everyone except his precious 33% supporter group.
And, really, it seems like all Trump voters have left is to bash Hillary. Do you people realize the election is over? Hillary is playing with her grandchildren now. Give it up and tell me what Trump has accomplished??? Except for appointing a conservative judge, he has done NOTHING. And he’s trying to raise taxes on the middle class so he can give wealthy people a tax cut, especially himself, no matter what he says on TV.

Still, insulting and denigrating ANY member of the US populace is an extremely stupid and reprehensible tactic which remains indisputably indefensible.
As the face of the Democratic Party, the collateral damage from her remarks will not be easy to ignore for years to come for ANY future Democratic Party presidential nominee.
Actually, no. Bernie had a 62% approval rating of those 18-34, but just that group. And only a 52% approval rating with Whites. So, Whites older than 34, which is Generation X and the Baby Boomers, probably don't support him in near numbers that Millennials do. So, he might not win. And the fact that he is older than dirt.
Don't forget too that another reason Hillary lost was that although she maintained a high percentage of the black vote, as expected, the TURNOUT was well below Obama levels. This absolutely was key to Trump winning those rust belt states that flipped for Trump. And one of the reasons she beat Bernie in the primary, besides the fact it was rigged, was that blacks didn't vote in large numbers for Bernie.
I don't see the dems running another white candidate.
