Earlier this week the North Carolina congressional map was ruled Unconstitutional and has given the Legislature until Jan 29th to draw new districts or the 2018 Elections and submit them to the court. If not the Courts would issue their own map. Republicans in the Legislature have vowed to appeal the order.
