You seem to forget you own words .
You said the system has never worked against Democrats. You were wrong.
Also, we aren't talking about thousands of districts , we are talking about 53 U.S. House races over the last 3 cycles( when California started the top 2 primary)
It's also not the only example. 8th(R+9), 25th (even)
I think California has reached the tipping point where the majority of people, regardless of party, are sick of paying higher and higher taxes while the state falls apart. Any extra money goes to homeless drug addicts and illegals. Enough is enough!
