Read an analysis today that said the Clinton White House signed the family leave act that had already been approved in the previous congress, so no real work was required. Senator Dodd worked for years on it. And apparently the Clinton White House opposed the SCHIP legislation and Sen Clinton did not "invent" it as she stated. I remember the Clinton years, and there was an initial flurry of copresidency, but that ended rather quickly and Sen Clinton became a great First Lady, but not a copresident.
