The same Electoral College that elects all Presidents. Its possible Hilldog didn't take the rules for winning seriously. She never took campaigning serious and skipped campaigning in Wisconsin for some reason. Maybe she couldn't find it on the map, who knows.
The good news is she can try again and now she has more experience trying and pretending to be authentic.

In fact more Republicans voted against Trump as a Presidential candidate than did.

It just is. Yeah he's President. Yeah he won....but it is what it is - most people did not vote for him for President.

Most voters preferred someone other than her when the 3rd party candidate votes are considered.

Its makes no difference in the end. The rules for winning were known by all candidates.
