Well, at least the GOP considers truth as an option. Fact is, the Dems avoid the truth at all costs!

You can't tell others to be ashamed of their lies when you freely lie yourself. Even if we were to believe that this was all started by Democrats, it would not in any way justify you sinking to the same level. It just makes you look like a petty hypocrite who didn't stick to their own principles.

Your president has lied an average of 6.5 times per day, every day. If truth is an option for Republicans, why is it that they've never chosen it?

lol - President Trump tells the truth everyday, that's why the Dems hate him. He may occasionally stretch the truth a bit, but that's certainly within the established limits for the office.

OTOH, I can't remember the last time I heard of an honest Dem, going back to LBJ.

so the OP is claiming that republicans consider the truth optional, but fails to remember that democrats dont even bother with the truth. they go straight to the lies, and the bigger the democrat lies, the more they like them.

Donald Trump lies just for the practice.

lol! That's a good question, but of course it will never get answered, they will just deflect and say Democrats lie more. Nothing objective to demonstrate that, of course, whereas Trump's 3000+ lies since he took office are well documented.

Should the standard be "lied more"? For years I've pointed out that one can not expect others to do what you would not and anything you ignore will only grow worse.

People were warned so who really is to blame here?

Shame? Look what the GOP drug to the podium. A man with no morals, empathy and a known bigot is the president and commander in chief? Talk about shame.

Actually, Trump lies more than your typical politician.
