Ahh, yes, Republicans have been saying it for years. That Bush is more of a Democrat then a Republican.

We can look at run away spending, increased medical care liabilities put on the government, the bailout of Bear Stearns, and now.. the home owners

That's nothing. He now wants to give the Federal Reserve even more power over the dollar. It's all over drudge this morning.

Another case where I'd love the Republicans to just call their bluff and counter with a proposal to permit every mortgage holder to stop payments. Amnesty against all those terrible people who lent people money so they could by a home.

More of a Democrat then a Republican???

I dont know about that but one thing I am positive about is he is way more of a Dictator then anything else. Afterall...he does call himself "The Decider".

Bush maybe more liberal in his spending habits, use of military forces, and foreign policy, but even then only by the definition of the word "liberal" as in "he used liberal amounts of butter on his bagel".

Bush is no more a Democrat than he is a Conservative.

Bush does whatever best pleases and rewards his special interest base the most at any given time. He possesses neither conservative or liberal attibutes in any of the positive aspects of either. He is nothing short of a horrendous failure. I'm quite sure the Democrats don't want to claim him as one of them - and they sure aren't the ones who voted the scumbag into office twice either! Nope, the Republicans get to claim him and own his legacy, hook, line and sinker.

They'll get over it. The Dems got over Carter.

This is news? Five years ago it was plainly evident that Georgie was acting like an undisciplined teenager possessing his first credit card. The only thing more disgusting than the spending is his back handed deals with Mexico, including his recent failed attempt to somehow utilize a Vienna convention to intervene and overturn the conviction of slimeball Jose Ernesto Medellin, who faces the death penalty for brutally killing two teens in 1993. (I won't even describe precisely what he did, it is so perturbing). Georgie clearly deserved to be impeached long ago for not upholding his oath to protect our borders from enemies, foreign and abroad. Good riddance- a pathetic president, and an even worse human being who is a black eye that has set the Republican Party back for years to come. I don't care about the shallow argument that he is the "Commander-in-Chief", he deserves zero respect, as he has done nothing to earn it.

Wow, maybe the republicans should do the un-Bush (and thus, republican) thing, and throw out the Defense of Marriage Act. That would show that democrat Bush!

Seriously, did Fox News come up with this line of thought? I know they love to twist logic in order to form the opinions of the stupid, but this one really takes the cake. Bush a democrat? That's rich.
