Stay away from illegal immigration, it's a quagmire. Just double talk on the issue because business needs low wage workers.
To get the national black vote get DNC campaign workers to focus black voters on statewide and local issues to get them to the polls in states were they are most needed.

Typically they start running someone around this time but it's clear they don't have anyone.

I honestly think Trump is more popular than the polls or MSM want people to believe. He will win again in 2020.

One thing that seemingly goes unnoticed is that Trump and the Republicans did the same type of payed outreach, increased access and courting of Christian Conservatives that Clinton failed to do with the AA community. They knew Trump was starting at a major deficit with those communities and acted accordingly. The lockstep of AA leadership and the Clinton's longer engagement left the Clinton team pretty flatfooted in realizing they were suffering an utter lack of enthusiasm among younger to lower middle aged AA voters.

These differences can really be seen in Trump producing his list of likely Supreme Court nominees which was 100% vetted and approved by the religious right. That is probably what won him the last 100-200,000 votes across WI, MI and Pa to take the White House. Clinton lacked having someone who would tell her to hammer on point X, Y, or Z to squeeze out the final votes. Instead she pandered on issues so obvious (switching opinion on TPP) even many of her voters rolled their eyes.

Economy looks pretty good to me. What financial reports are YOU reading?!

And what did Trump do to win the millions of votes across NC & Florida? Had Hillary won those she'd be President. Hillary spent many many 10s of millions in just two states in vain effort to win them.

You guys are losing your minds over the popular vote.

They need a non-politician; perhaps a businessman/woman? Every single candidate they mention votes in step with the Democratic leadership. Their candidates might be younger and look younger; but it is only the outside packaging. It isn't only that; but they started this mess where you can run an indefinite investigation of a President with the intent to impeach. I have said this before; what is good for the goose is good for the gander. By the time our politicians have been in office, long enough to be considered to run for President, there is a very good chance something will show up in an investigation like President Trump is under right now - keep in mind that the special prosecutor does not have to follow the script.

Someone like Mark Cuban or George Clooney. They don't have the brains to get it done though.

Make sure California goes. I don't feel like paying them for houses that keep burning down.

So 230+ posts later and not a single person can give me a well thought out platform for how Democrats intend to defeat Donald Trump in 2020?

Every day the news gets worse for Dems, Trump's approval rating continues to rise even though the opposition media is throwing everything and anything it can at him. He's making progress on trade which could be the nail in the left wing coffin.

Which issues will Democrats run on in 2020 to defeat the President?
