Wrong. Again.
The debate for Friday was PROPOSED (understand that word means not definite) by Beto but and this comes from the article link O'Rourke said Monday that Cruz's campaign has "attempted to dictate" different aspects of the debate schedule, such the time, the moderators and which subjects the candidates could speak about.
"We're working through those differences, and we're trying to introduce more of a collaborative style to the negotiations than he may be used to," O'Rourke said during the forum. "And so we're confident that out of that, we're going to come to something good."
So Beto is not going to be pushed into doing something that serves all of Cruz's agenda/desires...
And he shouldn't...
The "attempted to dictate" sounds just like Cruz--bully that he is...
I'm of the opinion that our City/County/State/Federal elected representatives should focus on representing the desires, wants and needs of the legal citizens and residents who live in their territories. Robert seems to care more about illegal aliens and other criminals than the people he's been elected to represent.
Because he spoke to a woman in Spanish when she was concerned about the loss of her health care???
Because he cares about the US government acting against Human Rights Laws by ignoring our own rules for asylum seekers?
The more you think you know...that's a better name for your signon...

Beta realizes he's going to get slaughtered in a real debate by Ted Cruz, you can't spin this any other way.

No, because Beta demanded that one of the debates would be in Spanish.

Actually he wanted 2 of them to be in Spanish--
And why not
There are many legal citizens and voters who speak Spanish as a first language
There is always close caption for those who are English speakers...
Woudn't bother me--
I guess you have never been in the Valley or out in El Paso
If you can't speak Spanish you are limited in some ways
Plenty of people who work at TDL, post office, other public offices need to be Spanish speaking to get hired
Thanks
I sent money to Connor Lamb and am going to donate to Beto
There are other races for Dems - women in particular--that I want to donate to
Many of them are doing what Lamb and Beto did--no PAC money
FL Senate - Bill Nelson (D) could use a donation. He's up against a super wealthy R (Rick Scott) that has endless pockets. I donated to both Beto and Bill Nelson today, plus Donnelly (D) Indiana (another toss up).
The senate is likely going to be down to the wire. 1 close race could made the difference of the Senate being in D or R control . I pick the closest races and donate to the Ds in those races.

Here is a record of Beto's campaign finances. If you scroll down, you'll notice he has received contributions from PAC's and a majority from large donors.
