As I've previously stated upthread, Beto reminds me of Obama; he's a smooth talker, he refuses to discuss issues in depth ("Hope and Change") however a quick check of his voting record indicates he supports open borders and the impeachment of Trump, and lies about his campaign finances.

Unfortunately, most people won't dig any farther than what he's feeding them.

It's a lot better than what Cruz is trying to feed us.

Yeah I know... lower taxes, prosperity and more jobs are a hard pill to swallow when you're a democrat.

Cruz is also anti-Trump, so please enlighten me as to what the Canadian has done for us?

You'd have to ask your fellow Canadians about that I guess, I don't really pay attention to what Canada does.

Hmm. $54,000 or so from PACS, which is noted as including: "contributions from other candidate committees."

I am a 'large donor', since I gave $250.00. The website describes a 'large donor' as $200+.

Let us see what the same website reports concerning Senator Cruz:

My, quite a difference.

Cruz isn't bragging about refusing PAC money, big difference. Beto is deliberately lying about something that can be easily checked- dumb on his part.

Beyond Cruz losing to him in the primary, Cruz is not anti-Trump.
