Just after Cruz jumps ahead in a poll, he falls back the next time. Ted has been ahead by more than 9 points or more 3 times before.
But overall, he has a 4.5 lead. And Beto has closed to 4 points or less 5 times now. It's still a horse race at 4 points.

We are tired of poor, inept government; taking away local control with centralized decision-making from Austin; and chasing dog-whistle issue for distractions instead of actually solving real problems in this state. Also urbanites and suburbanites are tired of being dictated by ruralites.
Houston is being disadvantaged by the GOP with all the development going to Austin and Dallas and the focus on the I-35 corridor.
I am certainly tired of Texas spending millions of dollars on issues trying to subvert the ACA or abortion access or other issues in court that they WON'T WIN--
Wasting millions of dollars that could be spent to benefit the actual people who LIVE in Texas
Rather that acting as campaign material for when they run for re-election
Abbott did this when he was AG and our current AG is doing the same thing with this challenge to the ACA...

Whatever happened to "Lawsuit Reform"? Abbott and now Paxton are spending taxpayer time and money filing frivolous lawsuits against the Federal Government and joining ones started by other GOP AGs. (No doubt that they are secretly Anti-American!)
