I ask again, why do you people believe the MSM without question?

Actually, this is what the reporter said

WASHINGTON
It appeared, according to the Georgia Secretary of State’s website, that Habersham County’s Mud Creek precinct in northeastern Georgia had 276 registered voters ahead of the state’s primary elections in May.

Some 670 ballots were cast, according to the Georgia secretary of state’s office, indicating a 243 percent turnout.

But on Tuesday at 10 a.m., the number of registered voters on the secretary of state’s website was changed for Mud Creek to 3,704 registered voters, reflecting a more likely turnout of about 18 percent.
So the secretary of state is the one who made the mistake, not the reporter, or anyone who ran with the story.

Nope.

The reporter didn't verify it before he ran that pointless voter fraud story. It wasn't updated until an investigator at another news site decided to check into it and found out it was a typo. Of course McClatchy doesn't admit to tabloidism.

I'm not sure why you defend these idiots without question. Here is how it really went down.

Voter Fraud In Georgia Falsely Reported
This may well be true. But an honest typo or input mistake isn’t a reason to hyperventilate.
So True. (and of course we had plenty of it here)

You are wrong twice over because the actual name of the article is

Bizarre tales, confusing ballots from Georgia’s primary contained in federal lawsuit BY CHRISTINE CONDON
At best, the title you have is from someone who ran with the article, not the originator.

Further more, your argument was that they didnt do research, but they did. the State website is the database for Registered voters.

The only other way would have been to go do to door and ask people if they were registered to vote, (which they could have lied about). The sec of State is the individual responsible for collecting and reporting voter data. so that is in fact the most accurate source.

Where else do you think they should have looked ?

Because the Sec of State for GA who is running for governor I believe refused aid from Dept of Homeland Security when Obama was in office--
He refused to have any Federal officials review his system because he said his state had "contractors" doing what the Feds would do
Now his state was PAYING contractors so maybe there were some kickbacks involved in those arrangements he didn't want to stop
Maybe he was just paranoid about the Feds finding out how weak his state's system was
Maybe he was planning to help the Russians

But he also said he would not recuse himself from any vote recount/rallys done
And he is a candidate in a state race...
