Why not Hillary, podesta, Pelosi, Biden and a whole slew of elected legislators being disqualified?

Why tolerate your elected representatives owned by lobbyists and big business?
Remember that "blind trust" that Trump was supposed to have that really isn't so blind because his children are supposed to be running the Trump org.? That's why president's are supposed to divest from their businesses.

" previous presidents have sold off holdings or put them into professionally managed blind trusts to avoid conflicts of interest." source :npr Trump has revealed assumptions about handling presidential wealth, businesses. There is an emoluments clause for a reason.

You have a great point about lobbyists and big business owning politicians. It's wrong and I believe that citizens united was a huge mistake. It may very well have paved the way for plutocracy to run our country. Heck, we've got another one running our state right now.

When you have a president's business applying for and receiving new trademarks in China and dictating foreign policy. It leaves too much room for "special deals" that may not be in the best interest of our country.

Oh lordy. Hillary again She's not president, she will never be president, she's not important and the republican's tried for years to find something on her that she could be prosecuted for and failed. Trump failed to "lock her up" and opted to surround himself with convicted felons and un-indicted felons, but we won't talk about that now will we?

The facts have still not been acknowledged by the orange maniac. That's why he can't see the purpose for the investigation.
That's what I mean! Everything is personally biased and simply accepted as "fact" (based on one's personal agenda), rather than "fact" based on facts. "They" is actually the media and politicians, not the Russians or any other outside party. What facts? -- Of course, characterizing the POTUS as "the orange maniac" doesn't show any bias or pre-judgment.

Well he is a maniac and he is orange, so I think it fits.
