no, no, you have it backwards. Empty land is far more important that actual living people who happen to live in large population centers. At least according to the GOP

This may be a GOP district but the fact is generally the minority party performs better in off years. The Dems didnt here.

Going 1% higher than party ID is good for Rs in this house district. They also squeaked out a Supreme Court seat in Wisconsin recently.


So now we move on to the question of who turns out to vote in 2020. In 2016 both Clinton and Trump underperformed the numbers the party candidates posted in this special election. Dems need the Philly and Pittsburg metros to match their partisan ID to carry the state.

Theres plenty of it, from state and local govt resources, to independent researchers, and large scale news companies. Oh yeah, and people are caught doing it every year. lol
