ISideWith tries to tell you who you side with on issues the most and least. But that doesn't necessarily determine who to support. Assuming you want to elect a winner, perceptions of electability can matter a lot and may supercede supporting the candidate very closest to your views.

Peace and Freedom, Socialist, Green and Democratic scores being close are not that unusual. There are some differences between these groupings but there is more in common than different. You highlight the Socialist score but it also a Democratic score of 81%. I'd say a lot of Democrats might agree with 80ish% of mainstream Democratic party views on major issues.
