I wish my country had Andrew Yang running so I could vote for him. He is the first political candidate ever and anywhere that I wholeheartedly support. In my 50+ yrs life.

When people say "any Democrat but Gillibrand" I think she must be worth a look, but she's not likely to be nominated if the only people mentioning her don't like her.

I just can't trust Warren.

She "has a plan" for everything in theory, but her voting record (supporting increases to the military budget, the Hyde Amendment) and her poor polotical instincts ("Pocahontas," endorsing Hillary, acceoting bribes in the general, attending Wall Street fundraisers, etc.) suggests she won't have the fortitude to use the Bully Pulpit to get those bills through Congress.

I would literally be holding my nose to vote for her.

The "Pocahontas" crap should not be an issue to people who vote based on the issues. Remember that tRump wasn't the first one to use that attack on her. It was originally loser Scott Brown who used it against her in the 2012 Senate race in Massachusetts, and we know how that turned out....

It shouldn't, but anyone who thinks it won't is being awfully naive when it comes to politics. Your opponents will always hit below the belt and use your weakness to their benefit.

If nothing else, like I said, it shows her lack of good political instinct to even get caught up in that type of crap, and optics is everything in front of potential undecided voters. Good political instinct is also critical when standing to fight for legislation you believe in and to keep from being capitulated by your opponents.

But recently Warren took a DNA test that showed she has only an infinitesimal amount of Native American DNA. If she continues to gain momentum she will be attacked over this mercilessly. She was foolish, and a little dishonest in my opinion, to have ever brought up her alleged Indian heritage in the first place.

Meh.
Maybe Pete is just being cautious about accidentally endorsing a brand of beer.

I don't care what brand of beer Pete drinks as long as it's not Colt .45.
