Well, that’s certainly an interesting take.

I am 65, but I personally would not vote for anyone who is 70 or older at the time of taking office -- and that would eliminate Trump, Sanders, and Biden. In today's world, imo, the office of President should not be some kind of reward for political longevity and/or party loyalty, but it needs someone young and healthy in both mind and, hopefully, in body, too -- although being in a wheelchair did not stop FDR!

Elizabeth Warren is 70.

I find it fascinating to watch Biden speak. His forehead, in fact nothing above his nose, moves at all. He's like a talking mannequin.

The debate has certainly exposed Biden & Bernie as being very old, very out of touch, and in Biden's case, exhausted. And they are indeed vulnerable on the issue. The fact that all the other candidates except Pocahontas are much younger is an issue they will bring up over & over.

Retire and let the next generation take over. Their vanity is going to torture the Democrat party.

It would in the case of someone like Sanders and Biden who both seem to be struggling mentally, but Trump defies his age so it doesn't concern me.

Btw, according to the following chart*, the above candidates had an average ranking of 29 out of 44 presidents:

Reagan: #13
George H.W. Bush: #21
William Harrison: #39
James Buchanan: #43

*Of course, you might disagree with some of the rankings -- I know I do -- but this was the consensus, according to the following (most recent ranking):

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Histor..._United_States

P.S. On Edit: You might note that I excluded Trump (now rated #42) because I think it is too early to rank him -- but if he was included, it would push down the overall average ranking for elderly presidents even more!

that is one chart and only one. these charts as you call them or studies, whatever can go all over the place. WE can all find one that fits our views.
wikipedia is certainly not one to take too seriously. They are noted for being very slanted. Do I use them? sure, once in awhile just to get an overview of something or someone.

Yeah, it's wonderful having a great big spoiled toddler, as president and commander and chief. Life is great!!!!!

Harris is smart, sharp and knows what she is doing. Trump is......................well we should all know what trump is by now, he is out there every day chomping at the bit.

Booker/Harris or Harris/Booker, that would be my choice.
