will Bloomberg submit to a democratic party debate with moderators and other candidates? if not, all a candidate for president in the future will need is 100s of millions of dollars to spend on one minute advertisements.

Yeah... no, that's not what he meant. There's plenty of stuff to knock Bloomberg for without completely misrepresenting his remarks.

All he's saying is IT requires a different skill set, and it does. The same would be true if he were talking about car maintenance. My understanding is that many farmers already employ IT in their business. There's nothing about the farm business that would rule somebody out of an information technology career, if they so choose.
