WASHINGTON — The White House's Office of Management and Budget is working on a possible plan to cut U.S. aid to the World Health Organization, administration officials said Wednesday, as President Donald Trump tries to deflect blame for his handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

WHO is simply a political tool. And they covered for China.

There is a recent video of a reporter trying to discuss Taiwan and the WHO contact refuses to even acknowledge her question, saying China had already been discussed.

What the heck kind of health organization would do that? They're just another useless UN bureaucracy.

There is a question that the head of WHO protected China at the outbreak of this. One has to wonder why? Is there money involved or something else?

I think we should back away from the WHO and the UN as we did the Paris Climate Accord and NAFTA. America has been the worlds pocket book and punching bag for too many years. It is time another country takes the lead.

As a business man it has to kill Trump to see billions of dollars of tax payer dollar leaving America to bolster these groups and we get very little in return. In this case of the virus we get a wrecked economy.

Yep, agree completely.

Whether Democrat or Republican, or in-between, people have to take off their political hats for once, and view this as it is.

WHO seems to be comfortably in bed with China, meaning they are most likely heavily influenced and bankrolled by China. WHO should have been objective in the virus discussion and not rush to protect China and cover for China constantly.

There's definitely a problem there, and I think Trump is right to cut the aid to WHO.

Gotta look into WHO's motivations and why they didn't care that China was infecting the world with a disease originating within their border.

WHO is the UN.....the UN just appointed
Mr. Jiang Duan, who holds the rank of Minister at China’s mission to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, will play a key role in selecting the worlds body’s monitors on health, freedom of speech, arbitrary detention and enforced disappearances. China will thus be able to influence the selection of at least 17 UN human rights mandate-holders who investigate, monitor and publicly report issues.

Below is an article by UN Watch

China was appointed on Wednesday to a United Nations Human Rights Council panel where it will play a key role in picking the world body’s human rights investigators — including global monitors on freedom of speech, health, enforced disappearances, and arbitrary detention — in a move that has sparked protest by international human rights activists.
