Fox news reporting new poll today shows Joe Biden extending his lead over Trump. This could end up a landslide win for Biden if he can continue into 20% lead over Trump by the end of summer heading into the fall.

50% polled say they vote for Joe Biden
38% polled say they vote for Trump

Hilarious that you think that this holds any merit. A lot can and will change in the next few months.

I agree a lot can change but most likely Trump will never poll better then the mid 30% range which is his hard core base. His attack ads are not working all based on non current events like attempts to link China to Biden. Trumps message is completely out of context with current events which is drowning him out.

Where Biden's attack ads are linking him to the current events hammering his handling of the pandemic, and racial protest. Trumps response was poor at best even now with the mask issue, reopening states death rates are sky rocketing. His attempts to use federal troops along with a photo op stunt attack a peaceful protest.

Since the George Floyd murder Trump's polling has started to erode badly. The George Floyd murder is not going to blow over like the rest this one is different.

My sense is that Trump is in real trouble, much of it his own making because he just can't keep his mouth shut when he should, and commits far too many unforced errors.
Absent any major " October surprise", I think that the hopeless, hapless hack Biden will be elected.
It's not enthusiasm for the old SOB as much as revulsion for Trump.
If you think things are bad now, wait until the sock puppet is in the White House.

Trump should take a page from Biden: stay in the White House bunker. He does better when we don't hear from him. If his record was that good, it would speak for itself. He wouldn't need to be running his mouth.

I agree. Most people vote with their wallets. If the economy recovers by then, Trump will win. Biden is not a very formidable opponent. If the economy is in the tank, Biden will win (as history has shown during such patterns). Trump knows this.

"Fear" is not motivating Democrats. It's outright disgust.

Your the first Trump supporter, anti Biden person who I have seen post an honest evaluation of Trump being reelected on CD.

Trump should have taken a much different approach and taken a high road with respect to the virus, and stick to his Economy plans. All we seen of him is arguing and reacting wildly to the protesting. If he had any clue would have had the Floyd family to the whitehouse work with Dems to get a police reform package moving.

The media has been able to push his buttons and make him so angry it's amazing how a grown man of his wealth ever got that way with such thin skin.

Put his CDC people back in front of the cameras and stop arguing with the media over foolish things. He only able to stroke his hardcore base has become very unappealing to the middle of the political spectrum voter who he needs desperately to vote for him.
