There has been much speculation over Trump replacing Mike Pence on the ticket with another person. New York was buzzing with speculation over Rep Stefanik as a possible replacement. This is, to be sure, highly speculative. But would a new VP on the Trump ticket reinvigorate his ticket and message? If so, whom do you want to see on the ticket?

I guess the question is "how many extra votes can Pence bring?".
I don't think the answer is "a lot".

If he wants to “play to his base”, there's always Jerry Falwell, Jr. or David Duke.

No one who could actually help him would do it.

There's a possibility Pence could resign.

If he bails before the convention, a new VP face could energize Trump and his voters.

And win or lose, Pence would then be set up quite well for a 2024 Presidential run of his own in a party that has a dearth of good Presidential candidates who are well known.

If he stays with Trump, he risks going down with Trump. If Trump wins, Pence is still at a disadvantage, as then he will have been in the White House for too long. The only 2-term VP who ever went on to win the Presidency immediately after serving as VP was George HW Bush, who ran against a Democrat who wasn't nearly as well known, and HW was a 1-term President.
He had simply been on the job too long as a fixture in Washington. The voters hanker for fresh faces after 8 years. They really hanker for a fresh face after 12 years.

Pence is well aware of this stuff, and he does want to be President one day.

But Donald likes him right where he is, so he won't be replaced unless he resigns.

If Pence chooses to resign, there's no shortage of others who are eager to take his place as Trump's #2.

How about "Krusty the Clown?" I think Krusty has ties with a Russian hooker. Krusty's selection will strengthen Donald Trump's relationship with Vladimir Putin..

The answer is no.

There is no one he can select as the new VP that will make the person at the top any more palatable.

Also, he has proven that no one else matters in his admin but himself, by design.

Elise Stefanik is Presidential material, and she's a woman so she knows the odds are against her becoming President, so becoming Trump's VP is the logical step for her.

The perception of Pence leaving would be one of someone leaving a sinking ship. No VP pick short of Jesus would help Trump in the event that Pence left.
