Biden gave his speech last night and I listened to as much of it as I could stomach. What I did hear left me with questions that maybe the folks on CD can answer.
Did he really give the speech or was it dubbed? A number of times it looked like his lips were still moving but no words were coming out?
Second, Biden promised that he has all the answers to our problems but all I could think was why he didn't implement all these amazing ideas when he was VP or in the 45 years he has been working in politics?
Do people really believe that Uncle Joe has the answers?
Do they really believe that we were as bad off with Trump before the virus hit as Biden tells us?
The Democrats always tell us how dark many of Trumps speeches are but Biden really dumped a big pile of doom and gloom on us last night. He is trying to scare people into voting for him.

Re: the bolded. There may have been some kind of technical issue because I thought the same thing with Biden, but also with Hillary Clintons' speech the other night. Timing looked a bit off.
Re: the rest. I'll let others take your questions. Biden performed much better than he usually does so giving credit where its due. But the content was the same cringe-inducing BS that it was with the rest of them all week. Loathsome individuals all.
Probably some digital latency, we are going to have to get use to it.
From what I heard of it, and from the media and folks around the world, they are saying the format played into Biden's hand. It could quite possibly have the makings of a historic speech. If Trump has to speak to an empty room and he may have to as well, he won't look as good.

Fox News is giving praise...at least Chris Wallace. This is going to make it tough for Trump.
