Junk website with no data to back it up.

Here's a legitimate poll with Biden up by 5 points.

Neither polls says How many Dems were polled. So you literally made that up.

even if they had, your definition of over sampled is based on belief, not stats.

Mathematics doesn't care about your feelings or desires.

Statistics is a branch of mathematics. Concepts such as sampling, confidence level, margin of error, and post-stratification have meaning. Specifically, correlation of self-identified party with actual votes is an essential element to knowing whether weighting is appropriate, and that correlation has largely proven to be unknown and unknowable in a numeric sense.

I suggest you may want to learn at least the basics of statistics before continuing to spew nonsense about "oversampling" and "correctly weighting". Clearly you're struggling with even the simplest concepts. I'm sorry for your mathematical deficiency. It must be a sad way to live, caring so much about polls and not understanding how they work.

It amuses me no end to see the posts from those who cry “over-sampling” or “over/under weighting.”
They’re like little kids who learn a new word and have to use it in every sentence.

Here’s the current breakdown for Nevada as of August.
Lo and behold, there are more voters registered as Democrats than as Republicans.
But some would have us believe that pollsters should just ignore this inconvenient truth because it doesn’t reinforce their own personal ideal worldview.
