So you really think voting for Democrats is going to be good for the country?
Now THERE'S a convincing argument: "Vote for us - the lesser of two evils."

LOL

There was? A timeline during WWII? Tell me what it was.

And there are still U.S. troops in Germany and Japan.

The war in Iraq is not history.. even if you pretend that it is..

We have alot of work to do here and it is going to cost money.
You do fail to understand that we used to have the best of everything here, and that the more you tax everything, the worse things like education and healthcare become..

Sorry, not in my opinion - but it's pretty sad that you hold your candidate in such low esteem.

I have pretty good feelings about the person I'm voting for - best I've ever had actually.

If I don't care for either candidate, is it better to not vote at all?

As far as historians I think you need to look at just truman to see how long it takes them to get a clear picture. At the time he was the most unpopular president. In fact Bush just passed him for the first time. But now he is considered by most to be one of the best presdients.Much of the material is not releaed until centuries later. Look at the recent releases on the kennedy and johson years. Certainly the releases on kennedy paint a completely different picture of the man than the public image for years afterward. If for example the middle east exdplodes after we leave then historians will judge Bush completely different than what the preception is now.

Maybe. Only you can answer that for yourself.

Fortunately, I'm not in that position.

If you were in that position, what would you do? Vote for the lesser of two evils or not vote at all?
