I have a "sure fire" strategy... Obama pres/Hillary VP I/Bill VP II. Why take any chances? If all the Obama and Hillary supporters joined forces the Dems would win... this is as obvious at the nose on your face. I really don't think Obama can win without her. Everybody would be happy and the dems would write a new chapter in the history books... first black president and first woman vice president!!! Think about the awesome power of these two or three. This is one opportunity the dems should not screw up! Swallow your pride and do the right thing Obama and Obama supporters.

I agree. My computer doesn't like that site either. They need a new webmaster. According to the article some of the Obama people are not opposed to Clinton. Obama is a practical man and he can't be oblivious to the problems he's facing. The NYT article gives a few more details.
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/23/us...hp&oref=slogin
Clips:
...A spokesman for Mrs. Clinton’s campaign said Thursday that Mr. Clinton had not had private conversations in which he was pushing her for the vice presidency or arguing that she deserved it, and that he believed the choice of a running mate was a personal one for the nominee.

Friends of the former president say his musings have been more casual: He believes that an Obama-Clinton ticket could help unify the party, and he thinks she has earned a meeting with Mr. Obama to discuss the possibility.
...
The chief strategist for the Obama campaign, David Axelrod, said Thursday that no overtures had been made by Mr. Clinton or any prominent supporters to place Mrs. Clinton on the ticket.
...
At the end of a meeting with voters Thursday in Boca Raton, Fla., a man asked whether Mr. Obama would consider picking any candidate, even someone who might be challenging to him.

“Two weeks from now, we will know who wins the Democratic nomination,” Mr. Obama replied. “I don’t want to jump the gun. I will tell you though that my goal is to have the best possible government — and that means me winning. So I am very practical-minded guy.”

Default Is Webb really interested in veep spot?

Maybe he's better suited for a cabinet position.

A Just as the Democratic veepstakes begin in earnest and Sen. Jim Webb releases a book on politics, the senator from Virginia said yesterday that he would "highly discourage" anyone from asking him to run for vice president.

...and he's throwing influence to choose fellow Virginian Kaine, instead. Interesting turn of events, and can be interpreted a few different ways.

I can see the headline now:

President Obama found dead.

Echoes of Vince Foster?

Hillary weeps / Bill bites fist.

"Ah feel your pain."

Take your hand off my knee.

(Maybe later.)

Negativity will not get your beloved Obama into the White House.
Time to open you mind to new possibilities by adjusting your perception to something more positive.
