Didn't Obama and Eric Holder defied congressional subpoenas over the Fast and the Furious scandal that was the Obama's administration sending military weapons across the border that landed on the drug cartels hands that resulted in many deaths? Explain your hypocrisy and how fake you are lecturing the forum about the constitution?
Clinton didn't tell the witnesses to defy a court subpoena (not congressional). He told them to lie under oath and take bribes. That is against the law especially from the main Chief Law Enforcer of the country. Each of your posts show how hypocrite and full of it the Democrat party is.

The Democratic Party is not a cult of personality.
It doesn't worship a traitor to the country, and try to hide his misdeeds.
The Democratic Party doesn't pretend serious problems don't exist. You don't get major pandemics treated like a hoax, for example, or climate change denial.
The Democratic Party doesn't have primary choices held hostage to the whims of one person, and it always produces a party platform based upon the values of the people, so the party is not just "whatever the dear cult leader wants".
... and the Democratic Party doesn't have it's leadership scamming the faithful like the Republican Party does. The way Trump has been robbing Republicans over that fake 'stolen election' scam is downright disgraceful.
Trump was more worried about the stock market than the health and safety of the population. In the end he damaged both.
Epidemics grow exponentially, but Trump chose to ignore it in the early stages, as if it wasn't actually a serious threat. Early decisive action can make the difference.
This disease was going to have dreadful consequences, and Trump had been told this very early, before we even had a single confirmed case in this country. Early decisive action could have reduced the ultimate death toll by hundreds of thousands of people, many of whom would be Trump supporters lying cold in their graves today.
When we had 64 actually recognized cases this is what Trump had to say: “You have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero"

Trump was more concerned about how things looked than how to reduce and manage the problem.
Jared Kushner came up with a plan for nationwide testing and tracking, similar to what other countries, more successful at dealing with it than the USA, had implemented. Trump killed it. To him it was an admission of failure. Better to let thousands of nameless individuals, even Trump supporters, die a horrible death than admit there is a problem.
Trump even publicly said to his adoring sycophantic supporters at a rally "I said, slow the testing down please!"

The time to deal with an epidemic is in the early stages, because the threat grows exponentially. Trump mishandled that and it spread widely.
It is shocking that so many Republicans don't get it.
The same is true when someone gets infected: the virus multiplies exponentially in your body, and it takes the immune system a while to catch up! That's where taking a vaccine can help, it gives the immune system a jump start, and people fare much better if they are exposed.
Sometimes, the immune system can't catch up, and too much damage is done to the body before the immune system can manage it. Then ... organ failure.
But among Republicans, the predominating theory is "I have an immune system" and "I don't care if you've had your vaccine" so they refuse to get vaccinated ... and they have been dropping like flies. This isn't Biden's fault, he did everything he could to get Republicans vaccinated.
Most of those poor souls who have died since Trump skulked out of the white house were Republican Trump supporters, they were just dying to "own the libs" ... and so it was. Many died so you could have this ghoulish talking point, but the reality is it's their own damned fault.

I disagree. The whole federal government and states mishandled the pandemic with hysteria and tyranny. Go look at New York and other liberal states how they lied,went tyrant and even Biden lied for over a year that taking the vaccine (which he was forcing) would prevent people from getting it or spreading it. He lied for over a year as President. Then he finally admitted there was NO federal solution for Covid. He didn't say that in 2020, he said he had a plan to destroy it. Yeah, he destroyed it alright but it was the economy not the virus.
You are a political hack that voted for Biden and only see things 1 end and blind to the other. The fact is more Americans died under Biden, he flat our lied about a drug for over a year, he forced that drug on millions of Americans by lies and the force of the federal government and you voted for him.
